Comprehensive operational standards, custodial segregation rules, order execution parameters, and risk warnings governing your Averon Markets account.
This Institutional Client Agreement, together with all schedules and policies incorporated by reference herein (collectively, the "Agreement"), constitutes the legally binding contractual framework between Averon Markets Group ("Averon Markets", "we", "us", or "our") and the corporate entity, family office, or natural person registered as an account holder ("Client", "you", or "your").
By completing account provisioning, authenticating through the client terminal, or submitting capital to our custody, you explicitly acknowledge and warrant that you possess full legal authority to enter into this Agreement, have thoroughly evaluated your financial capacity, and consent unreservedly to all operational rules herein.
"Base Currency": The fundamental accounting denomination of your account balance, typically represented in United States Dollars (USD) or equivalent cryptocurrency settlement units (BTC, ETH, USDT).
"ECN / STP": Electronic Communication Network and Straight-Through Processing, signifying that orders are routed directly to interbank prime liquidity venues without dealer intervention.
"Segregated Account": A legally isolated custodial bank account held with a regulated credit institution wherein Client Money is held exclusively for the benefit of the Client.
Averon Markets provides non-advisory execution-only services, automated strategy replication architecture, and structured computational staking contracts across foreign exchange pairs, spot digital currencies, and precious metal contracts.
Unless explicitly specified under a tailored Institutional Discretionary Mandate, Averon Markets does not provide personalized tax, legal, or financial counseling. All investment allocation decisions remain the sole fiduciary responsibility of the Client.
All Client funds received by Averon Markets are immediately segregated from operational company capital in accordance with international client money regulations.
Client liquidity is deposited with Tier-1 international banking institutions and cold-storage institutional vaults. Under no circumstances does Averon Markets utilize Client capital for corporate operations, proprietary trading hedging, or speculative borrowing. In the statutory insolvency of Averon Markets, segregated Client assets are shielded from third-party general creditors.
Averon Markets commits to taking all reasonable steps to obtain the best possible result for our clients when executing orders. We evaluate pricing, speed, likelihood of execution, and order size across our consolidated interbank liquidity pool.
Orders are executed deterministically on an aggregated order book. While sub-millisecond execution minimizes slippage, during severe macroeconomic announcements or weekend session gaps, market volatility may result in execution at the prevailing next-best interbank rate.
When participating in Averon Markets Copy Trading, the Client authorizes our replication engine to automatically execute proportional market orders corresponding to the actions of designated strategy managers.
The Client retains permanent sovereignty over their portfolio and may alter capital allocation, enforce equity-level stop loss thresholds, or terminate replication instantly at any time without punitive liquidation fees. Performance fees are levied solely on net accrued trading profits under a strict High-Water Mark convention.
Positions executed utilizing leverage require the continuous maintenance of sufficient margin equity. Averon Markets operates automated margin surveillance:
Client deposits are accepted solely from bank accounts or cryptographic wallet addresses bearing the verified legal identity of the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are rejected and returned to source.
Withdrawal requests are processed with strict fidelity to initial deposit source paths. Digital asset disbursements are released via automated multi-signatory verification within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank wire settlements clear within 1 to 3 interbank business days.
Averon Markets safeguards client personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
All sessions, database ledgers, and identity transmissions are secured utilizing TLS 1.3 256-bit encryption with forward secrecy. Client verification materials are retained in encrypted cold vaults and accessed exclusively by licensed compliance personnel for regulatory audits.
Averon Markets enforces comprehensive compliance with Financial Action Task Force (FATF) recommendations, the USA PATRIOT Act, and European Union Anti-Money Laundering directives.
We conduct automated real-time screening against global sanctions lists, politically exposed persons (PEP) registers, and terrorism financing databases. Any account identified attempting sanctions circumvention or structured money laundering will be immediately frozen and reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
By continuing to maintain an active account with Averon Markets, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and consented to all terms and risk parameters set forth in this document.
